4. Bulky & Heavy Goods (Special Terms)
The majority of our equipment is heavy and arrives via professional freight carriers (e.g., Hunter Express, Allied Express, or similar). Please be aware of the following:

Kerbside Delivery: Standard delivery is "Kerbside" only. This means the driver will drop the pallet/items at your driveway or the front of your property. For insurance and safety reasons, drivers are not permitted to enter your home, carry items upstairs, or assist with assembly.

Tailgate Service: For items exceeding 30kg-40kg, a "Tailgate" truck is required to safely lower the equipment from the truck to the ground. This service is automatically included in your shipping quote at checkout to ensure a safe delivery.

Assistance Required: For exceptionally large items, the driver may require assistance from an able-bodied person at the delivery address to unload.
5. Authority to Leave (ATL)
By default, our deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). If you are not home, the driver will leave the goods in a safe place at your premises.

Redelivery Fees: If the carrier attempts delivery and cannot leave the items safely, and ATL was not authorized, you may be charged a redelivery fee by the carrier.
