1. Return Window

Physical Products: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Digital Products (Fitness Plans/Programs): Due to the nature of digital content, digital programs are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, opened supplements, and "Final Sale" items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team at hello@fitnesslabstore.com.au with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Fitnesslab will cover all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind/Personal Reasons: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, size preference, or personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).

You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at the address below.
