1. Store operator
This website and online store are operated by Fitness Lab, a trading name of LVB Studio Pty Ltd (ABN 71 643 982 576), located at 48 Goodall Close, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia.
2. Agreement to these terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this website. If you do not agree, you must not use the store or place an order.
3. Products and information
We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications, prices, images and availability accurate. Colours and measurements may vary slightly because of display settings, manufacturing tolerances or product updates. We may correct genuine errors, update information, limit quantities or discontinue products. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any other applicable costs are shown before checkout is completed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
5. Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We may contact you before dispatch if stock is unavailable, information is incomplete, delivery is not available to the address supplied, or a genuine pricing or product-information error is identified. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver within Australia. Orders are dispatched from 48 Goodall Close, Dandenong South VIC 3175. Shipping costs, handling times, estimated transit times, bulky-item delivery conditions and address requirements are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, peak periods or remote-area access.
7. Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our change-of-mind return conditions, faulty-product process, return freight responsibilities and any condition-based restocking deductions are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use store content in a way that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, brand material, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Fitness Lab and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
10. Third-party services
The store may use or link to third-party services such as payment providers and delivery carriers. Their services may be subject to additional terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The terms displayed when an order is placed apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes, without limiting any rights available under applicable consumer law.
