Whether you are a beginner, a budding enthusiast or a professional our table tennis table line is just right for you. Fitnesslab’s ping pong table’s dimensions are ITTF regulation-sized.  

Tabletop thickness varies to give the ping pong balls different bounce-back capacities. It is foldable and comes with wheels for easy movement. Plus we added in the net, 2 paddle rackets and 3 ping pong balls. Now all you have to do is play.

• Foldable - allows you to play singles when the other half is folded up. When fully folded, it makes transporting the table much easier. And when not in use, this foldable feature requires less storage space. 
• HDF Tabletop - made from high-density fiberboard tabletop with different thicknesses for different ball bounce heights. 15-18mm tabletop thickness is best suited for home use. 25mm thickness is recommended for professional events.
• Sturdy Frame - made of steel alloy legs with different thicknesses to provide full support for the tabletop. Secure hinges and lockable wheels to keep the table from moving during play. 
• Multi-use - this table can be converted into a regular table, simply take down the net and you're all set. Use this indoors, in the living room as a makeshift instant table, or outdoors for impromptu picnics, barbeque and parties. Note that this table can be used outdoors but is NOT WATERPROOF.
• Complete Set - this foldable pingpong table comes with a net, two paddle rackets and 3 ping pong balls.

1. Shipping Calculation

Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at the checkout page. The cost is determined by:

• Total Weight & Volume: Heavier items (like dumbbells and plates) or large items (like power racks and treadmills) require specialized handling.

• Distance: Rates are calculated based on the distance from our warehouse in [Melbourne] to your postcode.

2. Order Processing Times

• Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

3. Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide): 2–5 business days.

• WA, NT, TAS, and Regional Areas: 5–12 business days.

• Please note: These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

4. Bulky & Heavy Goods (Special Terms)

The majority of our equipment is heavy and arrives via professional freight carriers (e.g., Hunter Express, Allied Express, or similar). Please be aware of the following:

• Kerbside Delivery: Standard delivery is "Kerbside" only. This means the driver will drop the pallet/items at your driveway or the front of your property. For insurance and safety reasons, drivers are not permitted to enter your home, carry items upstairs, or assist with assembly.

• Tailgate Service: For items exceeding 30kg-40kg, a "Tailgate" truck is required to safely lower the equipment from the truck to the ground. This service is automatically included in your shipping quote at checkout to ensure a safe delivery.

• Assistance Required: For exceptionally large items, the driver may require assistance from an able-bodied person at the delivery address to unload.

5. Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, our deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). If you are not home, the driver will leave the goods in a safe place at your premises.

• If you require a "Signature on Delivery," please contact us before placing your order (additional fees may apply).

• Redelivery Fees: If the carrier attempts delivery and cannot leave the items safely, and ATL was not authorized, you may be charged a redelivery fee by the carrier.

6. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Due to the size and weight of fitness equipment, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers. A physical street address is required for all orders.

7. Remote & Rural Areas

In some cases, our automated system may not be able to provide a shipping quote for extremely remote locations. If you receive a message saying "No shipping rates available," please contact our team at [hello@fitnesslabstore.com.au] with your postcode and the items you wish to purchase. We will manually source the best possible freight quote for you.

8. Shipping Damages & Claims

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.

• If the packaging is visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it.

• Any claims for items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email [hello@fitnesslabstore.com.au] with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

9. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active within 24 hours.

Implementation Tips for your Shopify Store:

1. Product Data: Ensure every product (especially weights) has the Weight and Dimensions (Length, Width, Height) filled out in the Shopify Product Admin. Carriers calculate rates based on "Volumetric Weight," so dimensions are just as important as the actual weight.

2. Shipping Zones: In Shopify Settings, create a "Domestic" zone for Australia. If you find some areas (like Norfolk Island or remote NT) are too expensive to ship to, you can exclude those specific postcodes.

3. Tailgate Fee: Since you are charging actual rates, make sure your shipping app (like Shippit or Starshipit) is configured to include the "Tailgate" surcharge for any shipment over 30kg-40kg, or you will be billed for it by the carrier later.
