Service area
We currently deliver within Australia only. International shipping and local pickup are not available.

Dispatch origin
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse at 48 Goodall Close, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia. We do not offer customer pickup or walk-in service.

Shipping charges
Shipping is not free. The applicable shipping charge is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the product, delivery postcode, weight and dimensions.

Order processing
In-stock orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Victorian public holidays. We will contact you if an item is unavailable or materially delayed.

Delivery timeframe
The estimated total delivery time is 7–16 business days from order confirmation: up to 2 business days for handling, followed by 7–14 business days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods or remote-area access.

Bulky and heavy items
Fitness equipment may be delivered by a freight carrier. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is to a safe ground-level kerbside or driveway location. Drivers may not enter a property, carry products upstairs or assemble equipment. Please ensure suitable access and assistance for heavy items.

Delivery address
Customers must provide a complete physical street address and accurate contact details. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Additional redelivery or address-correction charges caused by incorrect information may be payable by the customer.

Tracking and damage
Tracking details will be emailed when available. Please inspect the shipment promptly. Report visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery to hello@fitnesslabstore.com.au with the order number and clear photographs. This does not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
